Zenit TTL

It’s 3 o’clock in the morning and I’m supposed to be finishing a report for my course.. I know.

But I just found this thing among my mothers’ stuff..! It’s a russian 35mm SLR camera from the late 70’s.
Now just guess how happy I am! Getting 35mm film is my next mission.. then I’m just hoping that it’s still alive.. my mother claims it should be.. I hope she’s right!

Define word: Pälskling

A pälskis, {pe:lsk´s} or pälskling {pe:lskli?} is another word for the worlds sweetest grizzly bear with warm, soft chest hair and bear-like boyfriendness.

The word derives from the two Swedish words päls {pe:ls}, which means fur, as in grizzly bear fur. And älskling {e:lskli?}, meaning darling, beloved.

A pälskis is something you would spontaneously call your grizzly bear boyfriend when you get overwhelmed with your love for him.

example:
Jag älskar dig grizzly bear pälskling!
Hi, I’m Olli, and I’m a grizzly bear pälskis!

The pictures..

..will be up very soon, I promise!

I have uploaded most of them to facebook, now I just need to fix the rest and make a flickr album.. be patient people.. it’s on it’s way.

Beside that, things are good.. I’m hanging out with friends, trying to spend as much time as possible with Lucky that seems to be fully recovered after the nightmare, enjoying the weather and my car.. and studying.

The course in International Peacekeeping has already started and I need to get my brains together and start working on it before it’s too late! So, that’s what’s up for now. Looking forward to be studying again and beside that I need a new part-time job. The one I have now totally messes up with paying me the right amount of money, and I’m really tired of stalking them with emails to make them pay me. Blah..

Anyways, that’s it for now. Take care out there!

Home & Pictures

I’m back in Malmö.. feels good!

I’ve started to upload the pictures.. there’s quite a lot of them.. like 2500something.. haha

Tonight I’ll provide you with two facebook albums:

Budapest:

& Belgrade:

Enjoy, comment and wait for the rest. :)

The next one will be.. *drums* KOSOVA! Don’t miss it.

For those of you that don´t have me on facebook, I will upload the pictures to flickr soon.. not today.

And the trip? It was fantastic and better than I could have ever expected.. Olli proved to be a great travelling partner, photographer and language-teacher.. Ollis family was really fantastic and I am really happy to have met them.. the timing was perfect, the weather was great.. and our budget somewhat got under half of what we had expected to spend.. mostly thanks to the fact that we got hosted and got to stay in Ollis grandparents apartment in Makarska and didn’t spend a dime for a long time in CG.. plus some of those great deals on accommodation!

One month of travelling around, 8 countries, the greatest of foods, the best of experiences..?
600 euros each. All inclusive. !! Yay!
And don’t go “I spent half of that in India/Bolivia/Ethiopia” on me now, this is Europe.

Now I already miss the family in Crveni Grm.. the food.. the weather.. but mostly Olli.. this is the first time in over a month that we’re separated since he left for two hours to get us bustickets in Budva..

This is not okay! I miss you!

Laku noc

And right, I got them to stamp my passport in Copenhagen..! haha

Music & Books

I have updated the Music page and added a new one called Books where you can look through my reads :)
I also added a slideshow on the Pictures page where you can see my latest photos.
As you see I’m still working on the page, but I think I will be satisfied with it quite soon..

Besides that, things are good, we’re leaving on Wednesday and I’m really looking forward to it! Today I’m meeting up with friends and running errands.. then I think I’ll start packing.

I need to finish my powerpoint about The Chinese Experience as well before the trip, as it is to be presented in China by my professor in july. And I need to.. take a shower.

Ta-taa!

Twitter

I have now added a widget for this blog that will show my twitter updates as blogposts (and blog-posts in twitter?) as it seems quite impossible to post by email.. now I just need to figure out how to make this work with pictures!

Enjoying work I am. haha
